TESDA Women’s Center (TWC) welcomed a delegation from the Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT)
On March 12, 2026, the TESDA Women’s Center (TWC) welcomed a delegation from the Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) for a study visit focused on institutional excellence.
Led by Vocational School Superintendent Ms. Ma. Elena A. Narciso, the delegation was warmly received by the Center Administrator Ms. Mylene H. Somera and key TWC personnel.
The visit aimed to explore TWC’s best practices in the implementation of training programs, provision of support services to its learners and the research and innovation initiatives as part of ISAT’s preparation for its upcoming accreditation with the Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC).
The visit also included a guided tour of TWC’s facilities and offices, providing the delegation with a firsthand look at the Center’s core processes in action.
